The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a People Support Operations Specialist - Spanish Speaking, you are part of a dynamic, vivid, and spiritful team supporting our EMEA affiliates. This team is the first point of contact for all People & Culture (P&C) inquiries and services for all Roche people (employees, candidates, contingents, retirees, managers, People & Culture stakeholders, etc.). The team delivers customer service and advisory support to P&C and business partners on global P&C systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with our customer-focused principles.
As a qualified expert, you are:
- Providing direct end-to-end support to company employees and company management as part of a centralized support solutions function to handle a variety of P&C related transactions, queries, and related support.
- Receiving, responding to, and anticipating requests concerning P&C policies/programs, such as (but not limited to) employee lifecycle (joiner, mover, leaver processes), compensation & benefits, mobility, and pay & time management.
- Resolving and answering requests and questions from employees or properly routing to others for additional support or seeking information provided by other P&C areas.
- Responding to practice/training inquiries via online resources and/or telephone and processing various paper and electronic forms.
- Performing P&C data maintenance or analysis.
- Contributing to projects on improvement of processes.
- Supporting the embedding of the new ways of working, actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Behaving as a role model to team members, showing a positive and flexible attitude, providing training and onboarding to more junior colleagues.
- Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships in a proactive and customer outcomes-focused way.
- Building relationships with HR colleagues within the PSS organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.

- Experience in service delivery or customer care environment (experience in the HR Operations / HR Services area is an advantage).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
