Role Overview

In the role of Manager / Senior Manager, Law Enforcement Liaison - U.S. Southwest, you will develop strategic law enforcement relationships with a focus on the Southwest United States and support internal platform safety initiatives. You will be a key representative both externally and internally, collaborating with multiple teams such as Legal & Advocacy, Safety, Product, and Communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance strategic law enforcement relationships in the Southwest U.S.
  • Plan and execute educational programs for law enforcement and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and advise on law enforcement developments affecting Roblox.
  • Forge expertise in Roblox safety practices and advocate for improvements.
  • Draft professional work products for both internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to address emergencies and escalations.

Additional Details

This role requires on-call support during weekends and holidays, and may involve reviewing graphic and offensive content per company policies. You will report to the Director of Law Enforcement Relations. Office-based team members are expected onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.
