Role Overview

As a Manager Law Enforcement Liaison US Midwest, you will develop and advance strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies, primarily focusing on the Midwest United States. You will support internal platform safety efforts, educate external stakeholders on digital safety, and collaborate with teams including Legal & Advocacy, Safety, Product, and Communications to uphold Roblox's safety ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic law enforcement relationships, focusing on the Midwest.
  • Plan and execute educational programs on platform safety and policy.
  • Monitor and advise on law enforcement trends and regional issues.
  • Forge subject matter expertise in Roblox safety practices.
  • Draft clear and professional communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address emergencies and safety escalations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety or similar fields.
  • Detailed knowledge of Midwest law enforcement and public safety policy.
  • Strong public speaking, travel flexibility, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple high-profile initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Integrity, resilience, and strong collaborative skills.

Additional Information

This position requires on-call support during weekends and holidays and may involve reviewing graphic and offensive content in line with company policies. The role reports to the Director of Law Enforcement Relations and includes onsite work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with optional presence on Monday and Friday.
