About the Role

Every day, tens of millions explore and create on Roblox, a platform connecting people through immersive digital experiences. As the General Manager MENA Contractor, you will lead and manage Roblox's operations in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Your Responsibilities

  • Set ambitious regional goals and strategy while managing day-to-day execution.
  • Act as the primary advocate and spokesperson for MENA.
  • Bridge communication between the local office and HQ on regulatory and product matters.
  • Establish early warning systems for market changes and regulatory signals.
  • Develop strategic relationships with regulators, media, and key partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Policy, Trust & Safety, and operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in running complex, multi-country operations.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations with regulatory challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (Turkish or French is a plus).
  • Background in gaming or UGC platforms is an asset.

Work Arrangement

This role requires onsite presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with flexible options on Monday and Friday.
