The Role
As a Critical Harms Product Support Manager, you will drive operational launches and improve safety product features within our moderation platform. You will work with product and engineering teams to integrate safety workflows and scale new safety features for emerging Roblox products, including an upgraded Trusted Flagger program with trusted third parties.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and enhance a verified partner reporter intake program.
- Improve workflows for content safety moderation to ensure timely action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine moderation processes.
- Ensure team performance and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide data-driven insights for decision making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations during weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or product support.
- Strong program management and process improvement skills.
- SQL proficiency and experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
About the Team
The Critical Harms Intelligence, Investigations, and Operations team focuses on sensitive risks including Child Endangerment, Violent Extremism, and Self-Harm behaviors. Exposure to this content is inherent to the role.
Work Arrangement & Location
This role is based at Roblox HQ in San Mateo, CA and requires on-site work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with flexibility on Monday and Friday.
