Qualifications
- Must hold a current Property & Casualty License (If not in the state of TN, must be willing to transfer licensing to the state).
- 2+ years of Commercial Lines experience as a CSR and/or Account Manager that is relevant to the role.
- Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
- In our office we use Vertafore products: AMS360, ImageRight, PL Rater, etc.
Summary of the Role
Assists in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities. Our Account Managers not only assist in proposals but all renewals, cancellations, some billing, endorsements - basically the accounts start to finish. This is not a sales role.
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Operations Manager, Dee Rosado. Dee has 20+ years of experience in the operational and management fields. In our office she is responsible for HR, Marketing, Technology, Event Planning, Licensing, Culture, and more. She prides herself on not micro-managing but staying in touch with her employees through open communication, availability in-office 4 days a week, monthly 1:1's, and involves herself in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines project management.
