About the team + role
As a product manager on the Crypto team, you’ll be responsible for building the next generation of crypto trading experiences. You will own high-impact initiatives across trading UX, advanced order types, exchange integrations, smart order routing, liquidity partnerships, and market structure innovation. Your work will directly improve execution quality and elevate Robinhood’s capabilities for sophisticated and professional crypto traders. You will also lead the development of crypto-native functionality, building CeDeFi experiences that embed onchain products directly into the Robinhood retail app, powered by DeFi backends and blockchain infrastructure. From staking to new liquidity and yield mechanisms, you’ll help bridge centralized and decentralized finance within a seamless, custodial experience.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the strategy to make Robinhood the leading platform for sophisticated and professional crypto traders.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, research, operations, and marketing) to identify high-impact opportunities across trading UX, execution quality, liquidity access, and market structure.
- Ship advanced trading capabilities, exchange integrations, and routing improvements that measurably enhance performance and reliability.
- Build and scale crypto-native CeDeFi experiences — embedding onchain products, staking, and DeFi-powered functionality directly into the Robinhood app.
- Use research, experimentation, and product analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve trading outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality products with speed and rigor in a fast-moving, highly dynamic market environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in a consumer facing product management role
- At least 1 year of shipping crypto products
- Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
- Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making
- A strong sense of urgency and speed
- High standards and a strong work ethic
- Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in complex and dynamic environments

Compensation
In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
- Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $140,000—$165,000 USD
- Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $123,000—$145,000 USD
- Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $110,000—$129,000 USD
