About the Team and Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, collaborating with product, data, and other engineering teams to drive innovation in Robinhood's products. You will craft team strategy, deliver impactful projects, and scale the platform to meet the needs of a growing global user base.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and empower your team with technical and strategic guidance.
- Drive product excellence alongside product managers and designers.
- Develop and optimize payment solutions for global markets.
- Scale the platform for international expansion and new features.
- Promote high quality code, scalability, and security best practices.
What You Bring
- Strong technical background in backend development (Python, Golang).
- Excellent product sense translating user needs to technical solutions.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive complex projects.
- Collaborative approach and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with global product strategies is a plus.
Additional Information
