About the Team + Role

The International Crypto Expansion team is focused on bringing Robinhood’s crypto products to a global audience, starting with Europe and now live in over 30 countries. The role involves strategic expansion, localized innovation, and a relentless focus on user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including project prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Drive product excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Support engineers with professional growth and technical feedback.
  • Ensure high technical standards with rigorous processes and culture.

What You Bring

  • Leadership experience with 2+ years leading software engineering teams.
  • Strong product sense and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and clear thought process.
  • Crypto exposure is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base pay range for Toronto, ON ($179,000—$210,000 CAD) along with bonus opportunities, equity, and additional benefits. Compensation is based on various job-related factors.
