About the Team + Role

As a Data Scientist, you will join a high-impact, cross-functional group, influencing everything from product growth to enhanced trading experiences for millions.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify product growth opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments and causal inference.
  • Maintain key product performance metrics with scalable dashboards.
  • Create data visualizations and narratives for cross-functional partners.
  • Lead analytics projects to drive product strategy and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Mentor fellow data scientists and standardize best practices.

What You Bring

  • Proven expertise in data science with strong statistical and ML background.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in fast-paced project implementation.
  • A PhD or master’s degree in a quantitative field plus 5-10 years of experience.
