About the Team and Role

The Brokerage Risk team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Within Data Solutions & Analytics, we utilize data engineering, automation, and AI to boost transparency and improve supervisory controls. You will work closely with engineering, product, operations, compliance, and legal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build SQL and Python scripts to automate risk and control processes.
• Develop dashboards with data engineers and analysts for real-time risk metrics.
• Support investigations into brokerage risks and propose solutions.
• Assist with GenAI projects for improved document classification and process automation.
• Present findings to senior leaders to showcase scalable risk management solutions.

What You Bring

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Foundational experience in SQL and Python.
• Exposure to automation, machine learning, and AI.
• Analytical and detailed oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Work Location

This role is based in our Chicago, New York, or Denver offices with at least 3 in-person days per week.
