As a Brokerage Risk Analyst Intern, you will work on building and testing risk management tools, analyzing brokerage data, and automating processes that safeguard our customers and firm.

Team & Environment

You will be part of an elite team combining data engineering, automation, and AI. You will collaborate with professionals in risk management, engineering, product, operations, compliance, and legal to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop SQL and Python scripts for risk automation.
  • Create dashboards to visualize real-time risk metrics.
  • Investigate brokerage risks and propose mitigation solutions.
  • Assist on GenAI projects to improve process automation.
  • Present findings and prototypes to senior leaders.

What You Bring

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • Foundational experience in SQL and Python with interest in finance and risk management.
  • Exposure to automation, machine learning, and AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with clear communication of complex data insights.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in our Chicago, New York, or Denver offices with expected in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.
