Real Estate Lawyer

The selected candidate will join the internal legal team, participating in strategic real estate operations and directly advising the business on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of projects. Main Responsibilities
- Comprehensive legal advice on acquisition, sale, and lease of real estate assets, and asset management.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (sales, leases, construction, management, and development agreements).
- Participation in legal due diligence processes for assets and real estate portfolios.
- Coordination with external advisors (law firms, notaries, consultants).
- Advice on urban development and land management.
- Support in structuring operations (joint ventures, real estate financing, etc.).
- Management of legal risks associated with real estate projects.
- Direct communication with internal teams (finance, development, asset management).
Requirements
- Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho).
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a top-tier law firm in the Real Estate area.
- Solid experience in real estate transactions and contracting.
- High level of English (essential for international operations and documentation).
