About the Marketing Coordinator Role

This Marketing Coordinator role at Robert Walters offers the opportunity to work at the heart of multi-channel campaign execution, digital delivery, and brand growth initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive creative content and support sales enablement activities.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative processes, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Develop engaging content including emails, blogs, videos, and digital ads.
  • Support sales enablement with presentations, one-pagers, and collateral.
  • Manage merchandise inventory and fulfillment for promotional items.
  • Assist in website content creation, structure optimisation, and maintenance.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and adhere to best practices in campaign workflows.
  • Plan and optimize digital advertising on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor website performance and adjust messaging for better engagement.
  • Execute operational activities within budget and organisational policies.

What You Bring

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
  • Proven track record with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of creativity and innovative content development capability.
  • Experience in managing events and tracking leads from initiatives.
  • Ability to build constructive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Technical knowledge of IT products or solutions is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and certifications (HubSpot, Google Analytics/Ads) are advantageous.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is beneficial.
