You will provide top-tier service to existing and prospective clients, contributing to business expansion on a product and global level. The main purpose of the role is to manage and enhance identity and access management systems.
Job Description
- SailPoint Configuration: Configure SailPoint Identity IQ solutions, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
- IGA Support: Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through automation and dynamic report creation for audits.
- Access Control Management: Manage and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) frameworks.
- System Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues to ensure system reliability and security.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the UK and with third parties to address IAM risks, audit findings, and incidents.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Integration and Automation: Further integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and automate manual IAM processes.
Technical Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and proven experience of SailPoint Identity IQ.
- Ability to triage configuration defects, suggest remediations, update designs, and configure the solution.
- Proven experience in certification configuration, including dynamic reviewers, consultation, and escalation.
- Awareness of SNOW/SailPoint modules.
- Understanding of deployment and change processes, including Dev, Pre-Prod to Prod, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Creation of dynamic reports to support audit requests and user access visibility.
- Prioritization and organization skills to ensure audit-related work is prioritized.
- Experience in designing and implementing SailPoint Identity IQ solutions for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications.
- Experience configuring workflows, roles, policies, and connectors for various enterprise applications.
- Understanding of and experience in managing and maintaining RBAC and ABAC frameworks.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with existing enterprise systems, including Active Directory, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and third-party applications.
