Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Head of Communications by leading digital campaigns and creative asset development. The position ensures cohesive branding across all channels.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute engaging marketing campaigns across social media, email, and live events.
  • Monitor campaign performance with analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage website updates by creating compelling digital content for internal and external audiences.
  • Create visually appealing communications materials including newsletters, flyers, videos, and posters.
  • Advise on marketing strategy and coordinate trademark activities regionally.
  • Compile detailed team reports on media monitoring, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain the team planner and calendar of events for efficient coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the Communications team including documentation and meeting organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and elevate brand presence.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for digital design and compelling material creation.
  • Outstanding oral communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to fluctuating project demands.
  • Entry-level marketing/communications experience with campaign management exposure.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications preferred but not mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency with Office 365, social media management tools, analytics platforms, and website content management.
