Field Service Technician

About the Role
As part of our dynamic and growth-driven team, you will install new equipment and perform maintenance and repair services for our customers. This role combines travel, technical expertise, and direct customer interaction to ensure our equipment performs at its best.
What You’ll Do
- Enter the Reiser "FIRST" program for comprehensive training.
- Install new packaging and processing machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.
- Troubleshoot issues in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Travel 60%-70% of the time, primarily in the PA-NY-NJ-MD-DE area.
- Train customers on preventive maintenance.
- Participate in projects for safety and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Three plus years experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Able to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a willingness to travel extensively.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are an added bonus.
