Financial Planning Analyst at Robert Half

This is an interesting opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join a dynamic and international team within the financial services industry. If you love transforming complex data into actionable insights, collaborating across functions, and driving strategic decision-making, this could be the next pivotal step in your finance career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and deliver management reports that inform big decisions.
  • Build awesome dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Risk teams to help spot and explain financial trends.
  • Utilize MS SQL and Excel to effectively wrangle, transform, and model data.
  • Maintain a curious and creative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.

You’ll thrive if you:

  • Possess 6–7 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A, or financial controlling.
  • Are proficient with MS SQL, Excel, and Access, alongside familiarity with BI tools.
  • Have a passion for making data accurate, insightful, and easily understandable.
  • Communicate clearly, are willing to challenge the status quo, and enjoy cross-functional collaboration.
  • Are fluent in English and eager to engage in a multicultural team environment.
