Accounting Manager at Robert Half
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager or Junior Controller to join a stable and reputable company known for its windows and door products used in homes. Key Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle accounting and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Oversee operational accounting, including accounts payable, expenditure tracking, and invoice processing.
- Manage vendor payments and ensure accurate tracking.
- Conduct thorough review of the General Ledger entries and ensure proper allocations.
- Handle Work In Progress (WIP) accounting.
- Execute precise account and bank reconciliations.
- Review and analyze the Balance Sheet.
- Prepare financial statements and manage the month-end close process.
- Produce essential Financial Reports and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements using QuickBooks Online, which is a required skill.
Requirements
- Must have strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
- English proficiency is essential for communication, especially with Caribbean partners. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.
Schedule & Benefits
The standard schedule is 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for early arrival or early leave. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement: in-office four days a week with one remote day.
