This is a remote, high-volume B2C event sales role focused on enrolling clients into Tony Robbins’ world-class events and programs, including Unleash the Power Within (UPW), Date With Destiny (DWD), and Mastery University.

What This Role Actually Is
This is not a passive inbound closing role. This is a high-performance outbound sales role where you are responsible for building and growing your own book of B2C clients inside a large, lead-rich ecosystem.
As a Tony Robbins Personal Results Specialist, you will be expected to:
- Work a high-volume outbound sales motion every day
- Make 80–100+ dials per day, build a book of business in a lead rich environment
- Run multi-touch follow-up across calls, texts, email, and CRM
- Sell across multiple programs, offers, price points, and client journeys
- Balance closing, follow-up, account management, and client experience
- Operate with speed, urgency, and strong personal ownership
You will start as a hunter — creating momentum through outbound activity — and evolve into a farmer as you build long-term client relationships, repeat business, referrals, and deeper trust over time.

- Strong CRM discipline; Salesforce experience preferred
