This role is for top-tier inside sales professionals who exceed quotas, thrive in high-stakes environments, and are driven by personal growth and a passion to transform lives.

Position Overview: The Coaching Sales Representative is tasked with marketing and enrolling prospects into the Results Coaching Program via telephone. This includes handling scheduled calls, executing outbound calls, qualifying leads, and fostering long-term client relationships. Occasional travel to RRI events may be required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling scheduled sales calls and converting them into coaching enrollments.
  • Executing outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly coaching enrollment goals.
  • Maintaining records of sales activities in the CRM.
  • Building lasting relationships with a global clientele.
  • Occasional travel to RRI events and undertaking special projects.

Ideal Candidate: Must have at least 6 years of recent sales experience in an inside sales environment, proven track record as a top producer, exceptional consultative selling skills, and a deep passion for personal growth. Strong computer skills, adherence to company policies, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
