Ro supports a flexible work environment, allowing employees to work anywhere in the United States while also recognizing the power of in-person collaboration. Employees residing in the tri-state (NY) area are expected to join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside the tri-state area, opportunities for in-person collaboration, such as team on-sites, will be available throughout the year.
