About The Role
RMIT Online is seeking a Learning & Teaching Transformation Specialist to lead the transformation of online education for working adults. This position is pivotal in delivering innovative, future-focused learning experiences that align with RMITO's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage capability-building programs in digital pedagogies and online facilitation.
- Provide insights and advice on innovative delivery models and techniques.
- Analyse learning analytics to inform strategic actions.
- Implement innovative pedagogical frameworks across online learning offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and student feedback loops.
- Oversee the evaluation and scaling of educational technologies, including GenAI.
- Represent RMITO in communities of practice and research forums.
- Lead research engagements and translate findings into effective actions.
To Be Successful
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in leading and supporting academics in online delivery modes.
- Expertise in driving pedagogical excellence and professional development.
- Skills in using digital pedagogies and learning technologies to enhance outcomes.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead research engagements and implement innovative practices.
