The Role
As a Data Entry Associate at RMH Franchise Corporation, you will work closely with Team Executives and support functions to provide proactive and effective administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel and prepare expense reports
- Manage data entry and update system information
- Assist with filing, scanning, and ad hoc support
- Manage monthly payroll administration
Ideal Profile
You should have at least 1 year of experience in an Admin Assistant or Data Entry role, preferably within the Professional Services industry. Essential skills include organization, interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong networking, relationship building, and adaptability in changing environments.
