Role Overview
The Senior Implementation Analyst will join our Professional Services team to lead client-facing software implementations. You will drive successful client onboarding processes by translating complex requirements into actionable system configurations and training outcomes.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Deliver subject matter expertise on RLDatix software solutions.
- Lead remote and on-site client meetings to gather requirements.
- Collaborate with project management, technical consultants, and trainers.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain project quality.
- Create documentation, templates, and presentations to streamline processes.
