Role Description

The Customer Success Manager Enterprise ensures that healthcare organizations derive maximum value from RLDatix's software. You will build long-term customer relationships, onboard new clients, and drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention through proven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage success plans using objective data.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction (CSAT) to address trends.
  • Proactively manage customer communications and tailor information.
  • Ensure a seamless renewal process by monitoring client health and escalations.

Requirements

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in an Enterprise Customer Success role in a Healthcare SaaS environment. Proven success in managing customer engagement, optimizing usage, and improving satisfaction metrics is essential. Additionally, candidates should be adept at leveraging data to drive business decisions and comfortable navigating evolving priorities.
