Role: AI Architect

The AI Architect will join our Engineering team to design and deliver next-generation, multi-agent AI systems that power safer, more efficient healthcare solutions. This role involves leading design and implementation, evaluating frameworks, and mentoring a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent AI solutions ensuring scalability and performance.
• Evaluate and select frameworks to optimize cost and maintainability.
• Design, build, and deploy AI systems with planning, reasoning, memory, and action execution capabilities.
• Develop a multi-year AI/ML roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence and innovation.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and retraining processes for system accuracy.
• Ensure strong governance, security, and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in designing multi-agent AI systems.
• Experience in creating AI architectures and roadmaps in production.
• Skilled in deploying scalable AI/ML applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using MLOps pipelines.
• Strong programming skills in Python with knowledge of AI/ML libraries.
• Familiarity with LLMs, orchestration engines, vector databases, and RAG approaches.
• Background in integrating AI in SaaS platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of data engineering, governance, and privacy regulations.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices for AI/ML integration.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and business perspectives.
• Collaborative mindset with strategic problem-solving capabilities.
