Role Overview: AI Agentic Architect
The AI Agentic Architect will design and deliver next-generation agentic AI systems that power safer, more efficient healthcare solutions. This role focuses on architecting multi-agent AI solutions, selecting optimal frameworks, and collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams to create a multi-year AI/ML roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect multi-agent AI solutions ensuring scalability and integration.
- Evaluate and select frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems with planning and reasoning capabilities.
- Develop an AI/ML capability roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor engineers and drive innovation and technical excellence.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and retraining processes for system performance.
- Ensure governance, security, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in designing multi-agent AI systems.
- Proven track record with AI system architectures and roadmaps.
- Expertise in cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, orchestration engines, vector databases, and RAG approaches.
- Experience integrating AI into SaaS platforms (preferred).
- Solid understanding of data engineering, governance, and privacy regulations.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Excellent communication bridging technical and business aspects.
