Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts

Job Overview

R+L Carriers is seeking a Full-time Forklift Operator for their Sauget, IL service center. The primary responsibility is to safely move various types of freight in and out of enclosed trailers (up to 53’ long). This role operates a forklift in a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock environment.

Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience.
