As a Customer Service Specialist Agriculture, you will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders and handling complaints. You will provide support for sales-promoting activities for a defined customer base. This role involves close collaboration with internal interfaces such as logistics and production planning, as well as with field sales representatives and sales management. Your duties will also include creating invoices, tracking payments, and providing after-sales support. You will contribute to acquisition and trade fair activities, and assist with the calculation of customer bonuses at year-end. Cross-plant coordination in both German and English is a key aspect of this position.
What You Bring
We are looking for someone with a completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in an international corporate environment. You should have experience in direct customer care and service. Fluent German and English language skills are required, and knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus. Proficiency in common MS Office applications and solid SAP knowledge are essential. We value strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. You should also possess organizational talent, a structured, goal-oriented, and proactive way of working, high commitment, reliability, and strong teamwork abilities.
