About the Business Development Team

The Business Development Team drives Riverside’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through strategic, outbound prospecting. As the first point of contact, you'll spark meaningful conversations and set the stage for successful sales engagements.

On Your Day-to-Day

  • Research and identify high-potential leads.
  • Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify opportunities and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Craft compelling messaging and personalize outreach.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outbound strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Ability to build executive-level connections quickly.
  • High attention to detail in maintaining CRM records and reporting metrics.

Location Requirement

This role is open to candidates based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with one office day per week at our Downtown Toronto office.
