RPA & Intelligent Automation Lead Consultant at Riveron

Riveron is seeking an RPA & Intelligent Automation Lead Consultant to spearhead enterprise automation initiatives, integrating RPA, AI, and advanced analytics. This pivotal role involves designing, delivering, and scaling sophisticated automation solutions utilizing platforms like Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate, along with cutting-edge AI capabilities, to drive significant digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency across our clients.

Who You Are

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize RPA and AI-driven automation opportunities in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Define and diligently maintain the enterprise automation roadmap, ensuring it is strategically aligned with business objectives and delivers clear ROI.
  • Lead comprehensive process discovery, conduct detailed feasibility analyses, and oversee robust solution design, producing essential documentation such as PDDs (Process Design Documents) and SDDs (Solution Design Documents).
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of RPA bots and AI-enabled automations, including development, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Strategically incorporate diverse AI capabilities, including IDP/OCR, NLP, ML, and Generative AI, where they can deliver optimal value.
  • Establish and rigorously enforce automation standards, governance frameworks, security protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor dedicated automation teams, conducting thorough design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison, fostering clear communication between business units, IT departments, and senior leadership, providing regular updates on progress and demonstrated value.

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in leading RPA platforms, specifically Automation Anywhere (A360) and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Intelligent Automation and AI integration concepts.
  • Have practical experience with APIs, various database systems, and leading cloud platforms.
  • Exhibit working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Prove leadership capabilities, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of successful delivery.
  • Maintain a strong process optimization and value realization mindset, consistently seeking improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive RPA/automation experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated leadership role.
  • Automation Anywhere and/or Microsoft Power Automate certifications are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering enterprise-scale intelligent automation programs.
