What You'll Do
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition creation to offer rollout
- Track open positions, hiring progress, and candidate movement across stages
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately
- Update dashboards and reports on timely basis
- Support hiring forecasts and workforce planning analysis
- Help evaluate effectiveness of sourcing channels
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with data‑backed insights
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
