About the Patient Care and Inbound Sales Coordinator Role
The primary responsibilities include managing inbound marketing leads, scheduling appointments, and conducting in-person consultations for full arch implants and other advanced dental procedures. This role combines customer service with sales by answering incoming calls, initiating follow-ups, tracking lead activity, and guiding patients through their treatment decision-making process.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Offer exceptional care to all patient interactions.
- Ensure HIPAA protocols are followed.
- Continuously monitor the schedule to optimize appointments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for advanced treatment cases.
- Maintain and update the CRM system in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Conduct pre-appointment confirmation and rescheduling calls.
- Manage in-person consultations with professionalism and empathy.
- Travel between the Support Center and Holmen Office as required.
