Marketing Traineeship Overview
This two-year full-time, paid traineeship is a structured developmental journey with three 8-month rotations. Trainees will explore diverse areas within our Marketing organization, including Traffic & Process, In-store Communication, PR & Communication, Trade Marketing, Partnerships, Promotions & Activations, Global Campaigns & Communication, and Social Media & Influencer.

Qualifications
Candidates should be motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn. A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields (by February 2026) is required. Applicants should be curious, analytical, data-friendly, and team-oriented with strong English proficiency and less than one year of work experience. Alignment with Rituals’ culture is essential.

- Participate in a phone interview, followed by a first interview with a recruiter and marketing manager
