Your Role

As a People Development and Culture Intern at Rituals, you will join the Talent and Learning team at the Central Head Office in Amsterdam. Your main focus is on the Digital Learning domain, where you'll develop engaging online onboarding e-learnings, manage the learning platform The Book of Rituals, and support various development programs. Your insights and creativity will help strengthen the organizational learning culture.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and evaluating digital learning programs.
  • Coordinate activities on The Book of Rituals learning platform.
  • Support the delivery and organization of learning initiatives.
  • Create copy and materials to promote learning programs.
  • Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements include being an HBO/WO student in HRM, Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, or A&O Psychology (related fields welcome). You must be available at least 4 days a week for 6 months starting February 2025, proactive, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

Additional Information
