Talent Acquisition Intern

The beating heart of every organisation - it's all about our people! Join the people challenge, mix it with technology and join in on elevating our human capital!

Share Your Talents

At Rituals, we believe in creating meaningful moments - also in the way we welcome new people into our teams. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at our Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam, you’ll join the team that finds and attracts the talent behind our brand. This internship is perfect if you’re curious about people, love connecting the dots, and want to learn how recruitment really works - while making a real impact from day one.

What You Will Do

  • You’ll be part of our Head Office Talent Acquisition team and support the full recruitment journey, with a strong focus on hiring interns.
  • Source & screen candidates for internships across our CHO departments
  • Plan interviews and help keep the process running smoothly (calendar, communication, follow-ups)
  • Join interviews and learn how we assess potential, motivation and culture fit
  • Help improve the candidate experience (think: clear communication, meaningful touchpoints, smooth processes)
  • Support ongoing projects like: campus recruitment & events; employer branding and content idea; data-driven recruitment (reporting, insights, process improvements)
  • You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and get exposure to the full recruitment cycle in an international environment.

Bring All Of You

  • You’re currently an HBO/WO student, preferably in HRM / Educational Sciences / Work & Organizational Psychology (related studies welcome)
  • You’re available 4–5 days per week for 6 months, starting September 2026*
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and are fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • You’re proactive, curious, hands-on and analytical—you see what needs to happen and you make it happen
  • You enjoy working with people, but you’re also not afraid of systems, structure and detail
  • Please note: you have to be enrolled in university for the full duration of the internship
