Job Description

Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation Internship

At Rituals, Supply Chain is at the core of our operations, driving simplicity and innovation to shape the future of our brand through smart solutions. Join us to share your talents and contribute to our omnichannel supply chain operations and projects, supporting both e-commerce and retail logistics.

What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of one of our global warehouses.
  • Set up CO2 footprint reporting.
  • Become a key user of our monitoring dashboard, Splunk.
  • Assist in optimizing logistics for our retail locations.
  • Roll out new marketplaces in Europe & China.
  • Define operating procedures for warehouse excellence.
  • Support data-driven working by analyzing operational performance and quality reports.

This is a dynamic and varied internship, offering a high degree of independence and opportunities for personal input. You will collaborate with various internal teams including Retail Operations, Webshop, Marketing, Planning, Customer Relations, and Finance. You will also engage with external suppliers to gather performance data and work with Business Technology on improving our Omni-Channel tools. Effective internal and external stakeholder management is crucial for this role.

As part of the Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation team, you will help coordinate daily fulfillment operations and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing both e-commerce and retail logistics services. In Rituals' fast-paced environment, you should be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO/University and living in the Netherlands.
  • Studying Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong stakeholder, communication, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
  • Eagerness to learn, out-of-the-box thinking, and a curiosity for continuous process improvement.
  • Affinity with IT systems, with the ability to quickly master key systems like ERP, OMS & TMS.
  • Must be enrolled in university for the full internship duration.
  • Internship period starts September 2026 for 6 months.
