As a Developer Productivity Software Engineer at Rithum, you will enhance the productivity and efficiency of our development teams by designing, developing, and maintaining tools, systems, and processes that streamline the software development lifecycle. This role involves integrating AI-driven initiatives to automate and optimize development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools such as CI/CD pipelines and development environments.
- Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams to identify process improvements.
- Continuously monitor development workflows and implement solutions to optimize performance.
- Create documentation, training materials, and provide support on tools and processes.
- Explore and integrate AI technologies to optimize CI/CD pipelines and tooling intelligence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative productivity solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or DevOps with proven improvement in developer productivity. Proficiency in TypeScript, C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, and experience in build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using tools like Github, Azure Devops, or Gitlab CI/CD. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with an emphasis on software engineering fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Agile practices, and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell).
