About the Role
The Senior Director of Revenue Operations will lead and scale global Go-To-Market operations. In this strategic role, you will partner with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. You will own the end-to-end revenue operations lifecycle, including GTM planning, pipeline management, compensation strategy, systems, and board-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
- Manage forecasting, pipeline health, churn, and QBR reviews in partnership with Finance.
- Design and oversee compensation plans, quotas, territories, and commission structures.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity for executive reporting.
- Optimize GTM processes, systems, and tools; drive cross-functional initiatives including M&A and international expansion.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, revenue analytics, and CRM-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional collaboration, data analytics, and communication skills.
