About the Role: Sales Product Enablement Manager
This role leads product-related training and enablement initiatives across all Go-to-Market (GTM) functions including BD, AE, and AM. It sits at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to ensure GTM teams can effectively communicate the value and use cases of Riskified’s complete product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Enablement Strategy: Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership; translate complex product details into actionable training and identify knowledge gaps.
- Training Content & Program Development: Create scalable training content, deliver interactive sessions, and develop role-based simulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to align training with product launches and collect field feedback.
- Training Lifecycle & Delivery: Own end-to-end training lifecycle including onboarding, bootcamps, and continuous improvements through feedback.
- Learning Content Management & Assessment: Maintain a centralized repository for training materials and develop assessments to measure product knowledge.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or related roles in a B2B SaaS/tech company with strong enterprise sales acumen and exceptional communication skills.
