About the Role
The Product Revenue Enablement Manager leads product-related training and enablement initiatives across all Go-to-Market (GTM) functions globally. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement, ensuring GTM teams can effectively communicate the value, differentiation, and use cases of Riskified’s full product portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead Product Enablement Strategy: Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership to align training with business and product strategy.
- Training Content & Program Development: Create scalable content like playbooks, battle cards, and demo scripts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with regional teams and collect GTM feedback to shape product discussions.
- Training Lifecycle & Delivery: Oversee enablement track in onboarding, bootcamps, and continuous learning programs.
- Assessment & Certification: Develop quizzes and certification to monitor product knowledge and training impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, or related roles in B2B SaaS.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions for GTM teams.
- Exceptional communication, translating technical concepts into clear messaging.
- Experience in building scalable training programs and learning content.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and sales enablement tools (e.g., SF, Mindtickle).
