About the Role

We are hiring an AI-literate HR Intern to help build a high-trust, ownership-driven people function at Risidio. This is not a passive internship; you will operate inside a live recruitment engine that hires selectively – typically one exceptional person per cycle. You will use AI to accelerate HR execution while applying human judgment where it matters: fairness, cultural alignment, ownership assessment, and final hiring decisions. You will be trusted with real responsibility from week one.

Our Hiring Philosophy

We do not hire for headcount. We hire for alignment and ownership. Through the Lunim Innovation Studio, we operate as a transformational studio requiring autonomous, outcome-driven individuals. That means our HR function must:

Your role is central to protecting this standard.

What You Will Own

1. AI-Accelerated Recruitment Operations
  • Draft and refine job descriptions using AI tools
  • Generate first-pass sourcing lists and structured screening summaries
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback cycles
  • Maintain hiring trackers and weekly pipeline reports
  • Produce clear shortlists for leadership review

AI will assist with drafting and summaries. You are accountable for clarity, bias checks, and final screening judgment.

2. Ownership-Based Screening

You will help assess candidates not just for skill, but for:

  • Comfort without hierarchical supervision
  • Evidence of self-directed work
  • Responsible and effective use of AI
  • Decision-making maturity
  • Alignment with a flat structure

You will learn how to detect signals of dependency vs ownership early in the funnel.

3. Onboarding & HR Foundations
  • Generate onboarding checklists and documentation
  • Prepare welcome materials
  • Track onboarding progress
  • Maintain accurate HR data in Sheets and Notion
  • Surface early engagement or performance risks
