This role supports strategic transactions and performance reporting in the Corporate Finance team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, M&A to join our Corporate Finance team. This role combines traditional M&A responsibilities with broader corporate finance exposure and offers the opportunity to work on transformative transactions impacting company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for target performance analysis.
- Support valuation analysis and preparation of investment committee materials.
- Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze synergies, risks, and integration challenges for potential deals.
- Provide post-deal support, performance tracking, and integration analysis.
- Assist in long-range planning, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
- Support monthly reporting for Executive Leadership Team and sponsors.
- Support quarterly and annual bank reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced credentials a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or financial analysis.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and M&A due diligence process.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
