Legal Analyst Part-Time Law Student

About the Role

The Legal Analyst Part-Time Law Student role at Rise Talent is a unique opportunity for a Tel Aviv–based law student to work at the intersection of law, technology, and entertainment. In this role, you will support contract drafting and review, corporate legal matters, compliance, and the development of internal policies in a dynamic AI startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including client agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements.
• Provide legal support for corporate and commercial matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal company policies to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (3rd year or above preferred).
• Strong understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
