About The Role

Join the Spend Management team to redefine corporate spending as we scale to billions in monthly transactions. As a Software Engineer II Fullstack Backend Leaning - Platform, you will impact both admin and employee flows through automations and AI while working closely with PMs from start to finish.

What You Will Do

  • Take ownership of projects from requirements to launch for Spend Management customers.
  • Maintain and elevate engineering standards within the team.
  • Develop extensible and scalable solutions that expand product offerings.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process and system enhancements.

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of professional experience in backend (Python/Java) and frontend (React) systems.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Proficiency in managing the complete project lifecycle and transforming ideas into launches.
  • A keen product sense to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. For US-based employees, the pay range is between 135,000 and 236,250 USD per year.
