About the Role

The SMB IT Cloud Account Executive role at Rippling offers a unique opportunity for talented and ambitious individuals. This position requires managing a high-velocity sales cycle while also navigating a complex technical and strategic sales process. Working closely with SDR partners, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for Rippling’s Standalone IT products.

What you'll do

  • Drive revenue for Rippling throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to successful closures.
  • Become a proficient Rippling IT expert and conduct compelling technical demonstrations.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline within Salesforce to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Consistently close business and achieve quota attainment.
  • Act as a product expert, understanding Rippling's positioning within the competitive landscape.

What you will need

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, specifically within SaaS markets selling B2B IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in high-velocity technical sales environments.
  • Experience selling MDM (Mobile Device Management), Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related solutions.
  • Familiarity with other prominent IT products such as Google, Azure, etc.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
  • The courage to challenge the status quo and propose solutions when logic and reason dictate a need for improvement.

This role includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees is aligned with specific ranges based on location, which can be found via a provided link. Compensation factors include professional background, experience, and location, with final offer amounts potentially varying. Commission is not guaranteed.

The pay range for this role is 47 - 81 USD per hour (US).
