About the Senior Art Director, International Campaigns Role at Rippling

You will be based in our SF or NYC office and will be required to be in office 3x/week.

About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Art Director to extend across our international markets managing high touch and multi-channel brand campaigns, integrated product launches, all the way through performance advertising. The ideal candidate brings a high degree of strategic and conceptual thinking, a history of working in international markets (UKI, EMEA, Canada, Australia and beyond) combined with an exceptional visual skillset, able to bring campaigns to life for both internal and external audiences.

What You Will Do

  • Work alongside the Creative Director and International Marketing Leads to develop full-funnel campaigns from concept to execution for product launches, brand moments, events, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of designers and copywriters as well as external agencies to develop concepts for a wide range of applications spanning OOH, broadcast, social, performance marketing, print collateral, and more.
  • Partner with Customer Marketing to develop bespoke and engaging customer stories.
  • Work with stakeholders on developing a dedicated channel mix of bespoke creative per international market.
  • Steward stakeholders through the creative process, advocating for both conceptual and functional solutions when appropriate.
  • Build a roster of photographers, videographers, editors, advertising and production agencies, and freelancers to support your vision and work.
  • Ensure campaign creative can scale globally through the development of asset libraries and campaign guidelines.

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role (preferred in-house SaaS experience).
  • Experience marketing to International Audiences.
  • Experience partnering deeply with cross-functional teams.
  • Hunger to validate concepts with real customer feedback.
  • Ability to self-guide and manage projects with minimal direction.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and pivot accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for elevating storytelling and craft.
  • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe CS, JIRA, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Motion, 3D, and animation skills are a plus.
