About The Role

As a Product Lead Intern - Summer 2026 at Rippling, you will join the Product Management team, working on taking a product idea from concept to reality. You will work alongside leading engineers, designers, and PMs to drive high-impact projects and help shape the future of the Rippling platform. This role is designed for MBA or master’s students with a minimum of 2 years full-time work experience.

What You Will Do

• Drive execution of specific product initiatives.
• Investigate customer usage and prioritize product features.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Learn and practice product development in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You Will Need

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or master’s program with graduation anticipated in 2027.
• Minimum 2 years full-time work experience, preferably in tech or startups.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage ambiguity.
• Alignment with Rippling's leadership principles.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is 15,000 USD per month for both San Francisco and New York offices.
