About The Role

Rippling's mission is to free smart people from the administrative burden of running their business. The Product Lead will drive the next evolution of Workflow Studio, transforming it into a next-generation agentic automation platform covering all Rippling product lines.

This role involves defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customers to design, deploy, and scale intelligent workflows across Rippling. It powers everything from onboarding and IT provisioning to payroll operations, compliance, and financial automation.

This is a highly visible role with significant product ownership, deep technical collaboration, and the chance to shape a foundational pillar of Rippling’s platform.

What You Will Need

• A track record of leading ambiguous projects and delivering winning products.
• Ability to work on intense projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong technical foundation coupled with strategic vision.
• Experience in designing extensible platforms with ecosystem or internal developer adoption is a bonus.

This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and equity with compensation based on location and experience.

Salary Range: 165,000 - 288,750 USD per year (US Tier 1).
